Those Happy Golden Years is about Laura, a girl, and her family, moving to so many places. I can not put down this book, because it has no ending. This book doesn't have a main theme. It tells about what it was like long ago. No cars, no lamps, no electricity! They have to build there own houses, and stables. I like this book because something about it attracts me. I don't know what it is because it won't tell me. It has secrets that doesn't tell me just in the words, in the history.
